Adriatic S.r.l. (Ltd.) was established on 25 July 2002 and has its seat in Trieste on the address in Via Milano 4/1. For the activities of travel agents and tourism the company operates under the brand "ADRIATIC YACHTING".
The company deals with the organisation and promotion (for itself and for third parties) of tourism activities at national and international level in Italy, Croatia, Austria and especially in Slovenia. It organises journeys, visits and trips, and cruises, and it manages camping sites and boat rentals.
The company’s objective is to focus on a specific type of tourism offer aimed at the over-50s, because they do not find an adequate and satisfactory offer on the market. The company is therefore developing specific tourism packages, designed for health protection and for physical and psychical well-being. Thus the company organises individual and group trips to various spa resorts offering travel packages with physiotherapy treatments which are adequate for maintaining people’s health and for general prevention.
In addition, the company organises, also for the over-50s, one-day trips which envisage meetings with representatives of local organisations, with a view to present the usage and customs of visited places, their local craftsmanship and history, with visits to museums and similar.

The Adriatic S.r.l. develops its activity in continuous contact with Pensioners Associations from Slovenia, and maintains close relations with the Association from Koper – Capodistria and the Association from Nova Gorica, which both gladly accepted the proposal to further consolidate the cooperation. As a matter of fact, the idea to contact and involve other associations in future projects and thus extend the offer on a wider territory is being developed.
The agency, seeing the huge interest that this type of tourism has arisen, is seeking to widen its offer with more detailed and specifically designed proposals. To this end, as already said, the agency is trying to consolidate the existing contacts with various associations, and at the same time to identify new associations and to enrich the offer with initiatives that will fully satisfy the customers needs.
